Terms of Sale

Accounts: We require a deposit for all custom orders and the balance on delivery. Blank orders require full payment before the order ships. Any balances due are collected before shipping unless advance payment has been approved.

Order & Acknowledgment

Please type or write all purchasing details clearly on the company purchase order form with authorized signature and deliver via email or mail If emailing an order be sure to include all company contact information.

Order Policy: All orders must be submitted via Email accompanied with complete contact information. Call our office to confirm the order was received. Changes made to any orders placed must be approved by our production manager and put in writing. For orders placed on made to order items, materials are purchased from our factory when the formal PO is received with or without proof layout

Pricing

In-stock items are priced on the website. Please call 818.400.2332 for volume pricing. Custom items are individually quoted by our in-house coordinators please email info@covered.group.

  • Website Images: Some image colors shown on this site may look slightly different in real-time. This could be due to lighting or individual computer monitors. Samples can be provided upon request.

  • Pre-production Sample: QUR. Please call customer service for pricing on specific items, applicable screen fees, and shipping for pre-production samples may apply.
  • Spec. Sample: QUR. Please call customer service for pricing on specific items, applicable screening fee and shipping for sample may apply.
Normal Production Time
  • Imprinted items in stock: 5-10 business days.
  • Made-to-order items, or unusually large orders: May need extra production time. QUR.
  • Rush order services: QUR. Please call our Sale Team today.
  • Non-imprinted: Most items, depending on stock, are shipped within 24 hours.

Artwork

Production-ready artwork should be provided by the client. $75.00 per hour if the artwork is done by Covered.

Artwork should be layered, fonts outlined and images linked as well as size to the actual size desired. If the file is too large please send it via we transfer to info@covered.group.

Freight

Covered is not responsible for delayed or lost shipments shipped by any freight

  • Carrier: Freight is assumed by the buyer. We can ship using your preferred carrier if shipping on your account, or we can offer an alternative and bill you for the shipping cost. Keep in mind Ground shipments do not have guaranteed transit times. If it is a made-to-order item at our overseas factory there will be customs and duties to be paid on the items.
  • Split Shipment: If more than 2 locations, there will be an additional charge per added location.

Packaging

Items are bulk packaged unless otherwise requested and quoted. Stock items can not be case split.

Claims

Report all claims, defects, and damages to our sales office within three business days of receipt of shipment. This includes questions or concerns on products received. In the case of damaged items, you must provide images as well as notify the carrier for a damage inspection (Sign for Packages as Damaged). A re-stocking fee will be assessed on any returns unless the return is the result of our error or, the merchandise is defective. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization by the sales or management team.

Return Policy

Returns on custom-made to-order items will not be accepted. All return shipments must be accompanied by our return number. We do not refund orders that are late due to carrier delays.

Cancellation & Changes on Orders

Cancellation and changes on orders must be requested in writing and received and approved by Covered. Verbal cancellation and changes are not acceptable. If an order is canceled after it is placed, a cancellation charge will apply. The amount charged will depend on the details of the order.
